Standard registration and pre-interview process

We offer our Clients dedicated Account Management from a professional Consultant who genuinely cares about the quality of the work they do.


  • The processes we have in place for selecting the ‘right’ Candidates to interview are as follows:-
  • Prospective Candidates are always pre-interviewed by telephone to assess their requirements and communication skills prior to being invited to register or before a CV is sent to an Employer.
  • When selected to register with us, Candidates will complete a registration form, which includes questions about their skills and suitability to work. The form includes questions regarding any criminal convictions and the Right to Work confirmation, which the Applicant signs to confirm the information given by them is true and accurate.
  • A Consultant will register all Candidates face to face where at all possible, prior to being submitted to our Clients. This enables us to gain an impression of an individual, so we can advise on a potential Candidate's suitability regarding skills, team fit and aspirations.
  • Candidates will spend time with us in an informal setting for the registration interview, where we assess their personality, skills and their needs regarding a new role. In addition, we cover their reasons for leaving past positions and ask pertinent questions
  • Prior to interview with a client:
  • When recruiting for a role we contact our potentially suitable registered Candidates by telephone to discuss the position, giving details of salary, location etc. to assess their interest before submitting CV’s.
  • The Client will then receive a shortlist of the best Candidates for the job. This is accompanied by other relevant information such as salary expectations and availability.
  • Candidates selected for interview by our Client will be invited to attend a pre-interview with the Consultant who is managing the recruitment. This is done to ensure the Applicant understands the role as our Client has described and to double check Candidate and Client are still suited at this stage.
  • The Candidate is advised to research the potential Employer’s business to ensure they are sufficiently interested in the Company to want to work there and grow with the business.
  • All interviews are followed with full feedback given to both parties and any tricky salary or benefit conversations can be negotiated through us.
  • References should always be taken up by the Employer and offers of employment should be ‘subject to satisfactory references’. We do strongly advise the Client to check references of every successful Applicant.

Additional services can be incorporated into our standard registration and interview process as per our individual Client’s requirements.

All of our Permanent placements are guaranteed in the form of a refund should the candidate prove to be unacceptable for any reason.
